Returns/Exchanges Policies

We have put in our best efforts to give you high quality garments, latest designs and value for money. However, should you wish to return any items to us, we also hope to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. To help us achieve this, we would ask you to take a moment to read the information provided below.

1) We accept returns only if the customer informs us within 2 days from the time the package has been received. We will also need the product to be returned to us within 1-5 days. 

2) Items should be unused, undamaged with all original tags attached to be eligible for exchanges.

3) If customer wishes to return the product then the customer would pay the shipping charges and we will ONLY refund you the Product cost.

4) We do not offer free return shipping on exchanges and do not refund the amount. Customers exchanging the items are responsible for mailing charges.

5) Please allow 1 week for returns to be processed. 

6) All CLEARANCE ITEMS purchased are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
